GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice)
GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) is a good rule of thumb in food production.
Manufactured by the International Food Standards Agency (CODEX), to be used worldwide as a guideline for consumer safety practices, GMP is the basis or basic requirement for production and regulation. Manufacturers follow and can produce food safely.
There are six types of content.

- Tools, machinery and equipment used in production
- Process control
- Maintenance and cleaning
